Services: Linen change once per
week; weekly pool
and gardening services; assistance with car rental and
reservations; provisioning on request. All utility costs are
included in the rental charge. Terms & Conditions:
Dates will be reserved for up to seven days.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of
the rental cost. The balance becomes due 30 days before the
rental period commences.
The deposit is refundable, less an administration fee of
20%, up to 30 days before the rental commences.
Cancellations within 30 days of the rental period will be
refunded, less an administration fee of 20%, provided that
the period can be re-let.
A £200 security deposit will be added to the final balance.
This will be refunded one week after the rental period ends,
provided no damage has taken place.
